Senator Ellis moved that SENATE BILL NO. 221 "An Act making                                                                     
appropriations, including capital appropriations, supplemental                                                                  
appropriations, and appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing                                                           
for an effective date" be moved to the bottom of the calendar. Without                                                          
objection, it was so ordered.
